Terms and Conditions

       WE AREA NON SMOKING FACILITY. WE HAVE A SMOKING AREA NEAR THE PICNIC TABLES BOTH INFRONT AND BACK. IF YOU HAVE BEEN FOUND SMOKING IN THE ROOM YOU WILL BE CHARGED$150 DOLLARS AND YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM PREMISES WITHOUT REFUND.
REGISTERED GUESTS
 Hill Top Motel property is forthe enjoyment of registered motel guests only. Non-registered guests areallowed on the property with prior approval from Front Desk staff orManagement. This privilege is not guaranteed and all unregistered guests whoare given permission to visit must leave and remain off property during themotel’s “Quiet Time” hours which are 10 pm to 7 am. Violation of occupancypolicies is grounds for immediate removal of all registered and non-registeredguests without refund. There will be a $15 charge, plus applicable taxes perextra adult/per night up to maximum occupancy. Additional guests, above maximumoccupancy, will be checked into another room at that day’s rate, based onavailability.MINOR CHILDREN Children under 16 years of age must be accompaniedby an adult 18 years of age or over at all times and shall not be leftunattended on the motel property at any time during their stay Additionalguests not disclosed to Front Desk sta upon check-in, and who do not violatemaximum occupancy, are subject to an extra person charge of $50 per adult/pernight. Violation of maximum occupancy rules is grounds for immediate removal ofall registered and non-registered guests. No refunds will be issued forevictions due to motel policy violations. Please note- a credit card will berequired upon check in to accommodation. The motel will secure a deposit of$150.00 for incidentals from the credit card (per room).
NO IN-ROOM PARTY POLICY 
Hill Top Motel enforces a NO IN-ROOMPARTY POLICY to ensure we can protect the motel and our guests at all times. Inthe event of a disturbance, one warning will be given to reduce noise. If thiswarning is not followed, the guest will forfeit all fees and is required toleave the motel immediately. NO LITTERING Littering causes our prices to rise. There isa dumpster in the right hand corner of our property, and each room has twotrash cans. Please respect our property and us. Do your part and put trashwhere it belongs in the trash cans. REMOVAL OF MOTEL PROPERTY Hill Top Motelprovides guests with in room amenities bedding, refrigerator, microwave andtowels. If a guest removes these items from such room, there will be a $25.00charge per towel, $100.00 for refrigerator, $100.00 for microwave, and $50.00charge for any bedding that is removed. CHECK-OUT Check-out is at 11 am. If you require a latercheck-out, please contact the Front Desk as soon as possible or before 10 am onthe day of departure, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Weare limited to the number of late check-outs we can issue, so this is done on afirst come, first serve basis. All check-outs, regular and late, have a 15minute grace period. Guests who linger past their grace period are subject to alate check-out penalty of $50.00 per half hour. Maximum Length of Stay Bysigning, guests acknowledge that the motel is not a place of residence and thatthey are indeed for transient guests. All guests are transient guests of themotel. The motel restricts occupants of any room or rooms to stay greater than25 consecutive days. The guest much check out once they reach 25 consecutivedays. 
PET POLICIES Pets are NOT allowed, if you arefound to have a pet, you will be charged $100 cleaning fee.

NO PORTABLE COOKING EQUIPMENT
 Cooking is not allowed in guests rooms. Thisincludes, but is not limited to hot plates and tea kettles. Violation of thispolicy will result in a cleaning fee of $300 and/or immediate removal. 
QUIET TIME
 10 pm - 7 am. Please be respectful of ourother guests by keeping noise levels to a minimum and avoid all excessivecommotion.
DAMAGE 
Guests are responsible to treat motel property andamenities with respect. Guests will be charged for replacement or repair ofdamage to motel property or guest rooms. The Management assumes noresponsibility for accidents, injuries, theft or loss due to any cause. Bysigning below, you are releasing Hill Top Motel of any responsibility orliability claims. Any guests of the motel, who do not follow or comply withmotel policies, we The Hill Top Motel, reserve all rights to refuse service andto evict without refund. Guest belongings left behind on the property due toany kind of removal from said property are not the responsibility of the motel.I have read and understand these policies and procedures.

Rates vary as to type of room available, number of personsoccupying room, date of reservation, and special events. Please call for ratesand room availability. Reservations are recommended, but not required. Allmajor credit cards accepted: Visa, MC, AX, CB, DC. Ask For Military andcommercial rate. Extended Stay Ratesavailable.
